Worlds collide at Reberto’s Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates, when the Italian eatery joins forces with master pianist scipione  Sangiovanni for a night of cultural and great cooking. Inspired by the seven fundamental traits of food. Including taste, flavor, texture and balance. Culinary advisor Enrico Bartolini has designed a six course menu. While sangiovanni will accompany the meal in a seven note harmony. Dishes include slow cooked baby lamb shoulder with black truffle, calamari with artichokes and mint and an apple  tarte tatin.
